Wedding Videos

We offer two different wedding video packages:

Classic Package

We will use two professional quality cameras to document your big day.

The package includes filming:

• Preparation of both the Bride and Groom before arrival at the church/ registry office.
• The guests as they arrive for the ceremony.
• The wedding vows, as well as reactions from the guests.
• The signing of the Register.
• The Champagne Reception.
• The Wedding Breakfast.
• The Speeches.
• The first dance.

We are also available to film the evening function for an extra charge, optional extras also include video messages to the newly-weds from guests who want to take part.

Transmission Productions are always happy to customise the package in keeping with the Bride and Grooms' wishes, as we appreciate that it is your big day and you want to remember it in your own way.

Alternative Package

Transmission Production also offer an alternative package where elements of the classic video are treated in a more contemporary style.

This is an 'MTV' styled wedding video, with stylish editing and a more modern feel. The Bride and Groom are invited to choose a selection of their favourite songs which will accompany their video.

This package usually focuses on the more fun aspects of the day, for example the evening celebration, although it is again entirely the choice of the client as to exactly how they would like their DVD to look.

A few ideas that we have used in the past is to get a group of the Groom's male friends and family walk towards the camera in their suits. On the final edit we can make it look like a scene from Reservoir Dogs by using the same music as used in the film and by slowing the footage down.

Something else that we can do on the day is to get family members to mime a line each from a song of their choice (Perfect Day by Lou Reed or love is in the air by John Paul Young works well) we can then edit this together to look like a music video that will keep you entertained for years!

Obviously this is just a bit of fun for couples that would like something a little bit different from the conventional wedding video.

As with all of our packages the DVD will be customised to give the happy couple THEIR perfect memory of their big day.
